Differences between different spraying processes and spraying effects of paint spray guns

Spraying process:

- Manual spraying: the operator needs to manually control the speed and distance of the spray gun, which requires higher skills of the operator, and the uniformity of spraying is more difficult to control accurately.

- Automatic spraying: the automatic movement of the spray gun is realized through mechanical devices, the spraying process is more stable, uniform, and the efficiency is usually higher.

Spraying effect:

- Uniformity: a good process can make the paint film more uniform, to avoid uneven thickness, flow hanging and other phenomena; poor process may lead to uneven coating.

- Surface flatness: good process can make the surface more smooth and flat, poor process may appear orange peel, particles and other defects.

- Color consistency: accurate process helps to ensure the consistency of color in different parts, otherwise there may be color difference.

- Adhesion: Proper workmanship enhances the adhesion of the coating to the substrate, otherwise it may flake off easily.
